Barry Letts (Doctor Who’s producer from 1969 to 1974 and executive producer for Season 18) passed away earlier this month.
As the blog is about to start reviewing Season 10, part of his era as producer, tomorrow, it seems an appropriate time today to acknowledge the many contributions of his era to the mythos of the show: the Master, UNIT, the word “regeneration”, the starting of the tradition of more-than-one Doctor stories, and much more.
