“I am sorry, I’ve spoilt everything haven’t I?”
Gwen in this episode, in a meta moment speaking on behalf of the episode, (the season was going so well until this one.)

Okay, I understand this is supposed to be a comedy – specifically a farce.  However, it’s really not that funny.  Another reason this is an awful episode is how it affects the Worldbuilding of Torchwood Season 2 so far.  Gwen’s bizarre behaviour at insisting on going through with the wedding could perhaps be explained as part of the alien’s influence, but why are Team Torchwood not worried by this situation?  It’s nonsensical rather than farcical.  Any enjoyment of the drama of the larger 13 episode story this year is lessened.
Episode Quality-rating: Grin

Including both seasons, the very worst episode of Torchwood so far.

I dunno if it’s the worst, but I certainly wasn’t too entertained with it. I had a chuckle or two (jack’s glass jaw), but it was either a bit too derivative or just too “eeew!” for me.
